Brenda Diaz is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than 25 years of experience supporting complex litigation matters in New York State and Federal Courts. Brenda provides comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement processing. She regularly coordinates with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, government agencies, and vendors, and manages state and federal ECF filings.
