David is an associate in Lowey’s Pennsylvania office. He currently focuses his practice on antitrust and healthcare litigation. David is part of a team representing health insurers in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Antitrust Pricing Litigation, pursuing recovery from generic drug manufacturers accused of orchestrating the largest price-fixing cartel in U.S. history.
