Noelle has devoted her career to complex antitrust litigation, prosecuting cases across the country on behalf of consumers and businesses harmed by anticompetitive conduct, She began her career litigating In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litig., a massive multidistrict antitrust litigation, that ultimately resulted in over $1.2 billion in recovery for indirect purchaser plaintiffs—the largest indirect purchaser recovery ever at the time. Noelle has subsequently brought this experience, with particular depth in price-fixing cartels and indirect purchaser issues, to each of her cases involving a number of industries, including the pharmaceutical and residential real estate industries.

- Achieved ice-breaker settlement on behalf of homebuyers in Batton v. National Association of Realtors after multiple rounds of motions to dismiss and significant discovery.
- Secured class certification in Dennis v. The Andersons et al.
- Defeated multiple motions to transfer and dismiss and contributed significantly to class certification and expert analysis in In re Interior Molded Doors Indirect Purchaser Litigation with co-lead counsel, ultimately resulting in settlement.
