Peter A. Barile III litigates high-stakes, complex antitrust, consumer protection, and commodities manipulation cases. He has more than twenty years of experience as an antitrust litigator, representing clients on both sides of the docket in a variety of industries and contexts, from consumers and individual investors to institutions and Fortune 500 corporations, whether as individual plaintiffs, class plaintiffs, opt-outs, targets of government investigations, or defendants. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barile practiced both in New York and in Washington D.C. with major global law firms renowned for their historically leading antitrust practices.

- Obtained reversal on appeal in a leading case on the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act for metals trader client against multinational commodities firms, Metallgesellschaft AG v. Sumitomo Corp. of America (7th Cir.).
- Submitted amicus curiae brief for client Consumer Federation of America in United States Supreme Court in a landmark antitrust case on resale price fixing, Leegin Creative Leather Products, Inc. v. PSKS, Inc. (S. Ct.).
