• Secured $145 million recovery for certified classes of health plans and insurers as co-lead counsel in In re Ranbaxy Generic Drug Antitrust Litigation, alleging that generic drug maker Ranbaxy violated antitrust laws when it engaged in a decades-long scheme to obtain first-filed ANDAs despite rampant GMP violations in their facilities
• Defeated challenge to certification of classes of health plans and insurers alleging generic delay in the First Circuit Court of Appeals
• Recovered millions in overcharges as part of a team representing a large group of insurers alleging they were induced to pay billions of dollars for adulterated and falsely marketed drugs that came from GlaxoSmithKline
