  • Recovered more than $700 million for investors impacted by the manipulation of Yen LIBOR/Euroyen TIBOR, Swiss Franc LIBOR, SIBOR and BBSW (S.D.N.Y).
  • Successfully prosecuted antitrust and commodities class actions against large corporations and multinational financial institutions.
  • Implemented and managed settlement administration programs for more than 20 class actions

Community & Personal

Sitso served on the University of Minnesota Law School’s Board of Advisors (2014-2020) and as a co-president of his local elementary school PTA (2018-2020). He also coached youth soccer (2015-2024) and presently sits on the board of a local high school music booster association.
