Xin Huang is an associate whose practice focuses on antitrust litigation. He is deeply involved in class actions at the pleading, discovery, and case development stages. His experience includes drafting portions of complaints, oppositions to motions to dismiss, and class certification briefs; preparing for and second-chairing depositions; and participating in meet-and-confer sessions with opposing counsel. He also analyzes federal and state antitrust and consumer protection laws to support litigation strategy and helps manage discovery and factual development in complex multiparty cases.
